All of us have one thing in common. We live and work in Dubai. Maybe you are living here already for a while - or start right now - or maybe you will only start shortly.Housing situation is easy to describe: Anonymous, in a 1 or 2 room apartment somewhere in the city or anywhere a little bit outside. Rental rates are very high and the proportion price - efficiency is not suitable. Even if your apartment is completely or partly financed by your employer, housing situation is rather frustrating than encouraging.
May I briefly introduce myself? I am Olaf from www.dubai-reisen.info, the information pool around Dubai. Please try to have a deeper look at the page - this is much easier than if I describe myself and my work more in details here.
The idea
3-5 bedroom Villas in Umm Sequiem, in Al Barsha or sometimes even in Jumeirah do often not cost more than 60 000 - 130 000 DHS per year. So the idea of a "flat-sharing community" is the solution in order to improve at the same time quality of housing situation and quality of life.
Who with whom ?
I grant you this is not easy. The first question however is who is interested in this idea and got curious and would join? The "Who with whom?" is going to be found out quite quickly then.
The realization of the idea

Some managers of the middle management in the hotel business are already enthusiastic about this idea.
